Summer is almost here and I for one, can not believe how fast this year is going! It just seems to be flying and summer will be here just next month which is crazy.

Do you have any plans for summer 2023?

I myself will be taking it as it comes due to the heatwaves that we tend to get which can be dangerous to head out in.

Sounds good to me. Ever been swimming at a swimming pool?

In a month I'm taking a vacation to Florida for a week so my girlfriend can introduce me to her grandparents. I am not looking forward to the drive. I like doing things close to home and Florida isn't one of them.

We are already hearing rumors of heatwaves heading in and I am not looking forward to that. I would love to be able to replace my laptop if I am honest and be able to spend more time in the garden whilst I work but for now, I will just have to manage how I am.

Hoping we get some days where being outside is bearable.

There has been talk on local media of a warm summer; last year it hit 39c but only for one day
hope we get more of that this summer; Warmest weather ive worked in was 45c in central Australia
now that was a bit to warm !
Kale, no swimming pools near me but sure used them while working abroad.

All you can do lol

From the midwest in the USA, and summers here are brutal.

I'm *hopefully* going to visit my twin brother (not actually related, we just call ourselves twins- we're bffs) in August. We're still in the planning phase of the trip though. If I do get there, we plan to go to his State Fair and visit Mt. Rushmore, which I've never been to before. :D

Other than that... Summer is just a season for me. xD
