What are the differences between a Webmaster forum and an Admin forum

The difference is an AdminBoard is a specific kind of webmaster forum- one related to forums and possibly blogs. They may have a small section on other webmaster stuff. A webmaster forum generally has a small section on forum management...

I think the language has tightened up even more from webmaster >> forum admin >> community management.

Discussions are becoming less and less technical, and more and more oriented towards the soft and professional skills of human leadership, organizational management, and project management.

It sounds like a SEO strategy to ensure the website would appear on Google on the first page, first 10 search results, if you type in the website name or something similar. If true, then it's most likely that the term "webmaster junkies" is either already taken or is associated with various blog articles that it's hard to out-rank using whitehat SEO.

These days I feel like an admin forum would sound more on par than webmaster. There's different ways of owning and managing a community these days, you've got Discord servers, Facebook Groups, etc. and not just forums. You can't call an owner of a Discord server a webmaster, because it's on a chat client and not a standalone website IMO. They don't get 100% complete control over their community, like webmasters do.
