. I spent some time in these types of roles and never allowed my level of calm to be affected by work. I made a work schedule and I stayed that way, always complying but in my own way.

I work at a company where my task is mostly a repetitive one, like typing, arranging of files, attending to customers and all that kinds of job.
This work is a very stressful work for me, I hardly have time to stretch myself at work, it's like the more I work, the more my boss increases my workload. I don't even have time to take a nap.
With this challenge, how can I deal with the stress that comes with this job?
One of the ways of dealing with stress at your workplace is to get yourself relieved off a lot of domestic work at home. Try as much as possible to go for a break during break periods at work and give yourself some rest because our body need to rest.

Be Clear on Requirements

A factor known to contribute to job burnout is unclear requirements for employees. If you don’t know exactly what is expected of you, or if the requirements for your role keep changing with little notice, you might become extremely stressed.
If you find yourself never knowing if what you are doing is enough, it may help to have a talk with your supervisor. You can take the time to go over expectations and discuss strategies for meeting them. This can relieve stress for both of you!

It's true that greater job or responsibility is the reward for a well done. But stress management is of utmost importance to every hard working staff or else that person will just breakdown. We all should know that when you are no more, someone else will takeover your place and the work continues. Think.

I would say if you're not interested in the work you're doing, just leave it and try to do such type of work which please you. Because a forced work leads you toward depression. Your health should be your first periority rather than working in a office in which you don't want to work at all. Other solution is to try to enjoy your time in work while sitting in the office but it's a bit hard task to do.

Avoid sleeping late at night. Lack of proper sleep makes you stressful while working. If you have issues or problem outside, dont let it take with you when youre going to work. Find ways and reason to enjoy while working despite how plenty your workload is.
