Dealing with stress at workplace

The only way to avoid stress in your workplace is ny considering your workplace an entertaining place, that's why you should look for a job that you know that you will enjoy so yoi can avoid such a similar situation in the future

Stress is ultimate result of continuous load of work at office,work load is non lasting which affects mood and health of people.so it is important to manage because of its impact.stress is main factor which has hazardous affect on people so managing it helps in gaining good results in work there are ways that one can adopt ti manage stress such as thinking positive about every aspect of job, giving your best try to your work. Also taking out time for ourselves and taking good enough sleep to get ready for the next day task.
 
Despite of the full workloads, you should be able to take a rest. If you're under deep stress while working, you might only make some errors, making it more slow and thus will creat more stress for you. Take some rest but make sure that the work is done. Proper management should also be establish to have a good environment at work.
 
It's really challenging managing stress and work. This is a difficult one, i think it's unavoidable. Stress is accompanied with work, you must be a guru before you can manage stress and work.
 
I work at a company where my task is mostly a repetitive one, like typing, arranging of files, attending to customers and all that kinds of job.
This work is a very stressful work for me, I hardly have time to stretch myself at work, it's like the more I work, the more my boss increases my workload. I don't even have time to take a nap.
With this challenge, how can I deal with the stress that comes with this job?
This is not fair that your boss has increased your work. you should ask him to manage another person for extra working, and in order to be mentally peaceful, you need to think positively.
And try to sort out your work in an organised way.

Track your stressors. Keep a journal for a week or two to identify which situations create the most stress and how you respond to them. Record your thoughts, feelings, and information about the environment, including the people and circumstances involved, the physical setting, and how you reacted. Did you raise your voice? Get a snack from the vending machine? Go for a walk? Taking notes can help you find patterns among your stressors and your reactions to them.
 
There is no doubt that every work has its Stress, but nevertheless one have to be very cautious of stress because its an healthy person that can work effectively. So to manage that one can get drugs to ease stress or create some certain time to rest well.

The best way to safety from stress to hear music during work because it will relax your mind and you should also decrease the burden of your work and need to take good sleep on time so from the will not cause any health problem.
 
A man is perfect and wonderful, who deals with stress and emotions with calm and satisfaction. He does not express himself in a rude manner and analyze the matters deeply, then take decision on it. He always shows temperament.
 
Working hard should not be at the expense of relationship and physical health. All you need to do to cope with stress is to keep a journal for a week or two to identify which situation create the most stress and how to respond to them, then take some rest and exercises
 
There is no doubt that stress affects productivity. To manage it, you can do scale of preferences, you priotize your task and make sure you have a good sleep to refresh your brain. But if all these doesn't work, talk to your boss that you need helping hands.
 
Dealing with stress at our work place, we need to be very careful because stress is not good in our health. So we need take time to rest, because stress has bad effect in our health.
 
After such workload compounded during working hours. You need adequate rest when through on duties. You need to take food's that will repair some damages caused in your body system, sleep well at night. Minimum of 6 hours, so that your body will refresh and ready again to go.
 
you should always try as much as possible not too make obvious stress whenever you are at work,you should know how to deal with stress in such a way that it won't affect the business negatively
 
This type of work always irritated. I hate this type of work where 100% intentions needed. stress is really mind illness, try not to exceed your work. Take only some part of responsibility. So Try to do work with calm head. Don't Rush, by stress you will be mentally weak.
 
Well most jobs are routine jobs no matter how you see it, be it a business or an office job, it's what you sign up for just to earn a living, you are mostly free when the business or company is yours personally that way you can just put some people in charge and go for vacation. I would advice you just keep enduring since that's what the jobs entails or better still you look for good offer elsewhere that won't take your time or stress you out that way.
 
Specially if I consider my self so I will definitely say that for me this is hard to manage the stress during work because during work I can not put my concentration on work just because of stress so now a days I am following someone's way to stop talking with the partner and avoiding bad peoples gossip I totally ignored the people sitting beside me so in this way I control and manage my work.
 
The best way to deal with rest is by taking excessive rest. Once you feel stressed out, you have to take a time off work and rest, do some exercises with other recreational activities before resuming back to work
 
Stress at work place is unavoidable, the must ensure you learn how to deal with stress at work place as this is a normal routine, sometimes you are faced with too much load, avoid starting from simple task to complex task, never procrastinate
 
I am job holder strt work relex and complet the task and other work like a typing and arrge the page set up relex time easly and properly work complet no mistake my work and manage the proper time for complet the task my performances is good so my boss is very happy and appricate for me
