There are many businesses in my country that provide 24 hours service. There are a few shops in my city that are also open for 24 hours. However, due to lock down they may get closed if the Omicron spreads in the world. We may just hope that this situation does not come.

If your business isn't a world class, it's not a must that you have to provide 24/7 customer service support but at least all throughout the working hours, it must be available.
 
The success of every business depends on customer service. There are other factors that determines this and customer service is very much one of them. I see nothing wrong for customers to wait for 5 minutes to dish out their complains

I think many people would love the idea of a 24/7 support. Many companies offer a 24/7 support to their customers in my city. However, majority of the companies do not offer support. I am talking about phone support. Usually bigger organizations provide 24/7 phone support service.
