You're talking about reasons that make a business failed to progress and you made mentioned of hygienic, let's talk about restaurant and food sellers those people are somehow dirty at times, because you don't know how do they preferred their food, are they very clean and neat ? What kind of water do they use to cook the food, so let's just be focused and care about what and where to eat food.

Well for one poor customer service is a recipe for failure because how customers are treated would have an effect on the result of the business since no business can function or survive without customers
Poor customer service will always make your business look bad in the eyes of your customers and it have the propensity to reduce your business sales drastically.

When jumping into a business that you don't have any idea about just because you see a friend of yours doing extremely well in that line of business

I have observed that some food sellers in my school's campus do not take hygiene as a high priority and this has caused many students to stop patronising them. This level of negligence is what makes it hard for them to make profits as they should.

What reasons make some businesses to fail?
Another reason why businesses fail is poor financial management. Some business owners start from day one to use the little income for personal wants, before you know it, they begin incurring one debt after another.

Some thing that make business owner to fail in their business is lack of planing in their business can make the business crash, is very important to have proper knowledge about the business you about to start.

There are many or severe reasons why many businesses fail, some of this reasons are lack of diligence, too much confident, no discipline, not dedicated, reckless spending, these and many of this are the reasons for failed businesses

You know, it's one of the things about monopolistic market, because the food vendors feel that students have no choice then they start to misbehave but consumers always find a way to get better options.
Asides the fact that they're in a monopolistic market, they just don't understand what standard industry practices are.
Besides a lot of small business owners that I've seen recently are so contented with their small levels and don't usually possess the vision or foresight to expand or make any attempt to.

Lack of knowledge about the business you are doing is the main reason why most business fails to flourish , the second reason is copying other peoples business is also another reason.

There are many reasons why a business can fail. Lack of a business plan, inadequate capital and lack of hardwork can all contribute to a business failing. Sometimes competition might kill a business as well.

One of the major reason why business falls Is lack of capital tor maintenance of the business and inability to communicate with customers

Well in that case the food seller's on the campus thinks that They are the only ones selling food so they decided to do what they like, but if to say they have a competitor something like that would not happen.

I completely agree with you, but what about in a situation whereby plans are made but the business still does not go as planned, what could be the cost? Bad planning or inadequate planning?

Lack of consistent sales is one of the reason why some business fails. you can still manage to do it with some other things in business building but it can be very difficult to continue growing the business if sales are not coming.

The most common thing that makes business to fail is the lack of adequate planning and management,a business persona is not supposed to use the capital of the business for something else

You're right about that. The first thing most customers do look out for especially when patronizing a food seller is actually the person's hygiene and how neat their surroundings are. Most people would lose interest just by what they observed from the seller's surroundings

Bad management and la k of knowledge about the business that they run.
Most if the business think that with money they can be successful in any business but they forget that having a good knowledge of the business is very important
