Making mistakes is a common thing in business because we are not all perfect and even if you are perfect , you will still make some uncalculated mistakes and its not good to quit after making a mistake.

It is not a wise decision to use business funds without telling a co-founder. Even if you are the owner of the business you should be able 2 give the exact amount of the money you spent and how you spent it. Investing or using business funds without a co-founders knowledge is very risky because of unforeseen circumstances.
