I normally say and use the line, "mistakes, wrongs, challenges, competitions should be turned into an opportunity. The best learning opportunity for growth is when you make a mistake. This is so because you do not only correct yourself but you do more than you did the first time which gives you additional knowledge and experience. That's when you see someone make or making the same error and you teach and counsel. Although mistakes in business might, and can be costly. Infact so costly that it can end the business, but when you go again and you win, you'll be see as a champion and example and not when you do it once and it seemed okay.
