Affiliate Images

When you create an affiliate image, what do you like there to have? Do you like to have animation on it, do you think that grabs the attention of other users more? Do you think it does not matter what is on the affiliate image other than possibly just the name/initials of your project?

I find affiliate images the hardest to design because of how small they are. I don't find I have a lot to work with so I tend to make them basic.

Affiliate images are not that hard, it's just creating an image that is eye-catching and stands out that's hard. Light or dark that's animation Then again not all people like animation design so end up having many images still or animation right?
