I manage conflicts by sitting the both parties involved to understand what the problem really is. This way, I find it easy to convince them to understand that it is best to accept their individual differences and work together as a team.According to Max Lucado in a quote he said “Conflict is inevitable but combat is optional”. This simply means in workplace or amongst team everyone always have different perspective or technique to how a work should be done and this might lead to a split to how things should be done which slows down organization productivity
. Conflicts might also be between business owners and clients or customers over unpaid debts or services.
