Will eye tracking be used to navigate in the future?

Eye tracking has been a thing for a while, but it's gotten to a point where programs can detect exactly where your eyes are going. There's been games and I guess programs that will pinpoint where you're looking. There was a youtube channel I watched where people used eye tracking to show where people looked. And in this video they would put up random images and you'd have to look at the image you like the most. The eye tracking software catches it and shows where you're viewing.

With that being said, I think navigation can be made easier with eye tracking. Do you think we'll start to see eye tracking tech that will let you navigate the web with just your eyes?

I think I have seen a video in the past where someone playing games with eye-tracking technology like the Tobii eye tracker, you can purchase it on Amazon for $299. But I wonder how can you click something?
