Any Employee would want to work with a great manager. Great managers have a way of positively influencing employees in order to improve their productivity. Employees become great as a rest of a great manager. These managers bring out the best from an employee .
 
The thing is the best are always attracted to the best, so also is rich people attracted to rich people. This is the same thing in the business world, Great employees are attracted to good managers that are competent but an incompetent manager doesn't favour any worker.
 
There is absolutely no way one could start a business without money, it's impossible. Unless you are talking a bout rendering a skill and getting paid. Which is what I'm currently doing to earn a living and I believe I would be launching my own business anytime soon.
 
A great manager is the type who has communication skills and is able to get along with others, that is ,he is compatible, he can be disciplined at times and also the type that listens therefore a responsible employee would prefer to work with this kind of manager in order to enjoy a flow understànding, development and growth in the business.

A great manager makes the work environment conducive for the employees to positively impact on the organization, there is usually job satisfaction on the part of the employee because the manager has created a room for continuous improvement and development.
 
It's simple logic,greatness will always attract greatness,bits wise to work with people with same mindset and passion driven. To avoid pull backs it's better and necessary to work along side good educated partner that will be an asset not a liability.
 
In managerial positions, hiring managers want to see confident, well-prepared leaders, and that should be reflected in the response to this question. Your response should display your leadership skills, provide clear examples of previous on-the-job leadership and provide the recruiting company with a clear value.

And great recognise great irrespective of the field Amy found himselves. the reason why great workers want to work under a great manager is because they are on the same level of the plane when it comes to productivity. Workflow and proficiency can be very hard to achieve when you are a great worker but have a poor manager. Also on the flip side if I greet manager but you have poor workers, they are going to drag down the productivities and this can be very annoying.
 
A business doing great has always been made so by good management, a great manager can turn a dying business under weeks to a booming one, employees look up to the manager, so once you have a good manager,be rest assured that you have great employees too
 
This is because like pools attract one other beside it will be so diminishing for an upper employee to work for a low level employer, it will be so disappointing for the employer especially if the employee is very proud person there will be no synergy between them and that will not go well with the company.
Although there are some other people that still work and be humble before their employer.
 
A lot of employees, will want to work with great Managers because most employees, look up to their managers. There is a lot to learn from managers, when you have a great manager, you will be more proactive. You tend to be better than you were.
 
To be a good manager it takes a lot of things and qualities. A great manager, just like you said inspires the employees to do more, he motivates, encourages and pushes them to do more. I agree a good manager needs to be a leader that inspires good qualities.

I think a great manger work as leader and get everyone with him for getting success and every employee want to work with him and it is a good thing for a business and growing it fast when they work together then work become very easy.
 
Many employees wanted to work with experience manager because of the experience and exposure. Working under an experience manager will actually help an employee to work less. As for inexperience manager he won't have anything to tell you during challenges on the field.
