why companies lose their best Employees?

Most companies loose their best employees because of the following :
1. Inability to fulfill their obligation towards their staffs, failure to notice and reward efficient staffs, ignorance/ turning a deaf ear to the concerns of their staffs, none payment of salaries (timely), increased work loads without incentives being attached to them.
The inability to fulfil their various obligations to their staff , for example when you as a boss refuses to increase their salary , and they are working in a harsh environments, they (staff) will definitely leaves if they have better options.

If they knew that they don't have a case against you guys, then I see no reason why they shouldn't treat you guys according to the prominent roles you guys perform for the school.
Don't them, they where just being stingy about it, I remember back then when we complained about it, the excuse they gave was that the government is paying us so what ever they give is simply just an additional one, since we are not permanent staff they can't do more than that.
 
Companies lose their best employees. a number of reasons. I think we can't list them all in all honesty. I think the biggest factor may be money, issues surrounding salary and also work environment could also be a factor.
 
A change in the policies could also lead to massive resignation of many employees. Whenever employees think that they are not being paid or treated fairly, they leave and business might suffer as a result.
 
Well, when you don't recognize what you have and be a bit appreciative then someone else will do the job for you, or let's say help you recognize such person.
Most companies lose their best employees to their rivals because they failed to provide a condusive working atmosphere for them.
 
Some of the major reasons why some companies lose their employers are not taking good care of them their welfare is not taking properly cartered for, low pay salary or wages, over work load of their staffs at work and many others
 
There are lots of factor that can make companies to loss its best staff,incentive and salary scale can be one of them.And also when an employee sees that his prospect of growing in a particular organisation is not certain,he might leave.
 
Companies may loose their best employee due to poor renumeration. It also be due to poor staff welfarism, which is equally important. Poor management too could be a factor too.
 
Well some of them don't really understand the value of the employee they have in a business organisation until they lose it to other companies that are ready to seize the opportunity. Some are likely to regret this.
 
There is always a very big demand for quality all around and that is going to include other companies as well. This means that if you have a good employee there is always another company that is willing to tempt them with an offer and I believe that is the reason why they usually do not stay in one place.
 
The amount of money been paid as a salary to most of the workers is not worth it and when an employee gets another offer which is better than the one he's currently doing, then he or she might move.
 
There are a lot of factors that impact why employees quit companies and I have seen some great responses on this this thread. Overall, the culture of many companies, especially large corporations fail employees on many levels. The amount of beaurocracy, the very strict separation of responsibilities and a frequent mentality of sticking to old ways makes a lot of people frustrated, especially if they care about the efficiency of their work.
 
Everybody wants what is best for their own company. This is why the best employees are usually in the man from another place and they are almost always going to leave your company if they are going to find a better offer from another company.
 
Because it's not important enough for them to preserve them, and they are not appreaciting them enough. They are not raising their salary so they don't feel that it is worth being the best they can if they don't actually get paid more for doing so, they simply watch the other employees and think to them selves why would I put so much efforts into my working if those people don't do so but yet we both get the same amount of money every month so why even bother?.

I think when the reason why companies lose their employees is when them fail to pay their employees their salary, or when them fail to work with their workers that is the reason why them lose their employees.
 
Most of these things is always as a result of the carelessness of the business owner or manager , some of them do not know the responsibilities and the function of employee until they lose them. Treating good employee badly is not the best.

The carelessness in the part of the manager and the owner of the who doesn't seem it fit to increase the wages and salary of their workers even when they realises that their sales has increased tremendously all thanks to the workers but they fails to show appreciation .
 
Some reasons listed below why a company loses its best employees:
1. Employers want to feel passionate and excited about their work, if an organization fails to communicate its goals employees can lose their direction and interest.
2. Valuable employees want to know they are valued and respected, but sometimes the company gets too rude to acknowledge their hard work.
3. It's easy to be critical when people make mistakes, but this can't be the only feedback people receive.
