Why are most female bossed in companies very bossy and authoritative.

Women tern to be always bossy, it's in their nature to be always bossy especially if they have male employees working for them

From my experience, female bosses become more power drunk than male bosses, also male bosses tend to perform extremely well than male bosses, at times females may not be taken seriously, also a reason while they act too bossy and become power drunk in the process. Some nations do not allow women participate in general leadership, they are allowed to lead the women only

They feel superior in any post they acquired perhaps they think people will be undermine their office as they are woman if they are not so harsy

I understand your point of view . Many females when they go in his work so women tend to get bossy especially man at workplace.

It's simply because men can be stupid asking them on a date forgetting their are at work and with the fact of men always believing that they are weaklings
