It all depends on how much you are willing to pump into the business but as a novice starting up a new business, you will need the service of a professional to help set up your business and guide you through while learning from him.

Personally I think hiring professionals sounds like the better business decision.

It's better to hire professionals in cases like this especially since you are not an expert in the field. This will help you make right decisions to avoid running into bad debts. Although hiring professionals might mean that you will have some extra payment ready to give for their services, but it's sure worth it.

If you can be able to pay those guys that you will hire, then that is a better decision to take. The challenge comes when you are unable to handle their salaries which will make most of them not put in their best in order to see the business progress.

A snake scale business doesn't need hiring a professional in running the business, rather what is needed is a good marketing plan and a good location to aid sales while a big business needs the service of different professionals to start up most of the department for smooth running of the business. When starting a business,dont just hire experts to help you out without you yourself knowing much about the business. Hiring professionals is fine but you also need to be able to follow through the process along the way. So you won't get cheated
 
The truth is taking decisions in business is a very difficult thing to some people believe their decision is the best while some believe in others taking decisions for them
But I believe in taking decisions between myself and other experts so that we can share our opinion then combine them together and look for the most befitting opinion before making any decision

Hiring professionals to handle business tasks sounds nice and it is the best option to consider when one needs a well organized business. Although, spending extra money is inevitable as this will be a pay to get your desired results.

Hiring professional is good but it will cost you a lot compared to learning the methods they applied to make the business successful. I think learning the methods is more prefferable
I think before starting a business we should think about staff which we hire that they are educational, qualified and hard working. If your staff is qualified then your business grow up and you get profit from business and earn money and enjoy their life.
 
It is expected that as an entrepreneur that you run most of your business process yourself. This is especially true for a new business as you need to save cost. Then again you have to analyze the opportunity cost of each of them and decide which is best. I feel you learning the process would be better though if you have the time to.

Well it's good if you learn it first and then do it on you own at start it will be difficult but it could save some money. But after a while you have to hire professionals no matter what once your business started working well because you can't handle everything on your own. If you have enough budget even at start of business that you can afford to hire professionals then why not?
