When is the right time to hire an additional employee?

A veteran businessman in a tv interview said that the best reason for hiring an additional employee is when the workload is not comfortable anymore to the present number of employees. Due to the heavy workload makes the present employees to work over time too often. The per hour rate of overtime is expensive so the best solution to avoid overtime work is to hire an additional worker. However, when the business is not doing good financially that hiring is not affordable then there is a big problem with the management.
When the workload is becoming more than one hand to carry out and also if there's need for a particular area of field in the business, a well experience employee will be required...

The best thing to do in the event of a barage of workload which if not attended to on time will laed to the work suffering.New employess needs to be recruited for there to be a balance of work with the required manpower and instead of doing overtime for workers which might cause faitque and inefficiency insome cases,fresh intake should be inplace to reduce burnout.
That's right, I couldn't have described it better. Although I as an employee like to have the opportunity to work overtime, it generates more profit for me. However, I don't get all the hours to work, so it is necessary to hire more staff to cover the work.

If your current employees are not able to handle the situation or your business properly, then it is the right time to hire more employees. Most of the time many business owners do not hire additional employees because they think that they have to pay more salaries and this cause the current employees to handle more pressure.

Its always nice, to find a better package to the hardworking employees. If your employee works tremendously, it is better to reward him or her with promotion or financial bonus.

If the responsibilities are getting too much and you can't increase the pay for your employees, then you should consider hiring new ones so that the old ones don't get frustrated.
 
Though you may be experiencing shortage of staff at some point along your business experience, you can only proceed to hire another staff when you have the ability to pay that staff
 
You should look for another employees if the work in your company or organisation is more than the available working staff, that is the best way to know and that is the right time for you to hire people depending on the amount of work available for more members to do.
 
This is somewhat technical because there must actually be a need for the additional stuff and their must also be a commensurating cash to cover for the cost of the additional employee because if one doesnt not put those factors into considerations one might incure unnecessary expenses.

Yes, it will be a threat not to replace it asao, cos the vacant position will really be missed. It will become extra work for other employees to fill in and accomplish.
