When considering the workload some employees have a lot of workload than others so it would be appropriate to get an even workload as apportioned by the management before another recruitment.You can hire an additional employee in the company when You think the company is expanding and the workload is too much for the present employee, or rather if you decided to open another branch, so probably there will be need for additional employee.
The best time you need to hire additional employee is when the workload is too much for the current employee, when an employee is doing a work of three employee.You said all, it is best you hire when tje workload is much. If you feel its taking your time enough and you don't need the hassle, then it is best you hire.
You have a good point in your publication, when there is an expansion in the business, you will necessarily have to hire new qualified personnel, in order to advance more firmly in the company.I agreed with your point of view but I also think the right and an appropriate time to hired another employee or worker at a company is when their is a work load on the workers available or when their is expansion of the business so definitely it requires additional workers to be employed to carried out duty effectively.

If my perspective is true, it means that cash inflows have increased, so they must be able to pay a new salary to another new employee. If not, there is financial mismanagement. For it is true that when the workload is high, new employees must be hired or overtime hours must be increased. Otherwise the work will not be done on time.
yes you are right and it always in need when your product in demand and has to produce high so need to hire additional employees to work for it.The best time to hire more employee is when the product of the company is in high demand so that you can meet the expectation of your clients
You will simply know when your business becomes large and you need to expand , then you will know when to get more employee , expanding a business is the right thing to do when the business is moving forward.If your business is too big, you can do simply that. My own business isn't up to that standard to hire anyone, i can handle it all alone, unless i expand it, then i can reason to hire extra bodies to help me out running it.
