When is the right time to hire an additional employee?

There are different reasons why you may require extra staff, could be, 1. You need a specific staff 2. Extra hands 3. Develop the income of the organization or need somebody who will bring novel thoughts.

If you have for example working with you and this women birth a child so in her absence you may hire an employee for the contunity of work for a limited or long term time.
 
You said all, it is best you hire when tje workload is much. If you feel its taking your time enough and you don't need the hassle, then it is best you hire.
 
You can hire an additional employee in the company when You think the company is expanding and the workload is too much for the present employee, or rather if you decided to open another branch, so probably there will be need for additional employee.
When considering the workload some employees have a lot of workload than others so it would be appropriate to get an even workload as apportioned by the management before another recruitment.

We need additional hands when we can't handle the profit or when we can't handle the pressure,it's practically dependent.though I feel the need of expansion should need extra hands.
 
I agreed with your point of view but I also think the right and an appropriate time to hired another employee or worker at a company is when their is a work load on the workers available or when their is expansion of the business so definitely it requires additional workers to be employed to carried out duty effectively.
 
When you feel the number of employees you have is not enough to perfectly carry out your business then you probably look for more employees. It helps the employees to work passionately for your company because and overworked employee cannot be happy.

Well, in reply to your question above concerning when a company should look to hire and additional employee or a new one, well i would like to think that you should hire a new employee only when the workload has exceeded the current employeea
 
When the workloads is becoming unbearable for the employees or when the numbers of workers cannot cope or meet up with the current markets demands of it products then the business needs to consider employing more staff to make work more easier and faster.
 
In order to balance things up ,you can choose to split up and reduce the salary ,so that you can pay and cover up and still employee more workers to reduce the workload
 
If your business is too big, you can do simply that. My own business isn't up to that standard to hire anyone, i can handle it all alone, unless i expand it, then i can reason to hire extra bodies to help me out running it.
 
When there is a workload in a company, I can think that it is doing well and growing. If my perspective is true, it means that cash inflows have increased, so they must be able to pay a new salary to another new employee. If not, there is financial mismanagement. For it is true that when the workload is high, new employees must be hired or overtime hours must be increased. Otherwise the work will not be done on time.
The best thing to do in the event of a barage of workload which if not attended to on time will laed to the work suffering.New employess needs to be recruited for there to be a balance of work with the required manpower and instead of doing overtime for workers which might cause faitque and inefficiency insome cases,fresh intake should be inplace to reduce burnout.
 
When a person see that there is much work to do in the company or business, then you can hire employ in the company so that the work will be less in the company.
 
The best time to hire more employee is when the product of the company is in high demand so that you can meet the expectation of your clients
yes you are right and it always in need when your product in demand and has to produce high so need to hire additional employees to work for it.
 
I think the best time to hire an employee into your business is there is much work for you to do compared to the available man power,you can request for a new employee if you personally cannot handle all the responsibilities in the organization, this is how you will know when to hire someone to assist you.
 
The best and proper time for a business outfit to hire more staffs is when there are shortages in staffs to handle newer offices and openings that the business might have established.
 
Simply put, i think the right time to employ and additional worker is when you can afford to pay them without worry or shortage from your poject
