In today's world of employing staff is one of the easiest thing to do. Technology has made so many things to be easier than ever before. When you want to employ, you can put the adverts on employment sites or even on social media you will surely receives good turnouts of prospective applicants.

Hiring employees is very difficult especially when doing it for the first time. I'll prefer putting out an advert and interview interested candidates. However, I can go for referrals from people I can trust.
 
When hiring new employees there are certain things one should try and make sure to keep in check before going for new staff. As a boss going for new staff you need to be aware that such situation the staff will have to start whatever learning of there companies does and don't while trying to keep up with the companies pace.
 
For now my business is not one that requires me to hire an employee. The only time I actually did was to look for a virtual assistant and it did take time because I had a friend who was good in it.

Most times, the best way to check the abilities of new recruit is to put them to test. You can do that by placing him on probation for weeks or months to know his strength and weakness before you finally employ him.

Whenever I have a job opening in my company the best thing I do is to just put the posting on my side and also advertise it on my social media page and people reach out.

When it comes to hiring new employees, it's a very simple job. You can post your announcement everywhere. You can announce it in radio, television and in the internet. In our country, people just paste the announcement for hiring in piece of bond paper and paste it every where like walls or electric posts.

It is easy to ask if someone is creative or not but when you put them into task, you will realise that they are not capable of your what they claimed they can do.
 
Asking your employees to recommend for you may not be favourable because of the personal relationship but posting the job on different job search sites will give access to lots of people then you invite and interview, this give you more options to choose the best hand.
employees reconmendation is not accepted any day in our establishment,i remember when one of our employee wanted to leave and one of the offers he suggested was to reconmend someone to fill in the same role he left,but we refuse to accept it.We did our own search and got someone else.

I think social media is a good place to start because you have a wider range of people getting your information. Create awareness give job description and let interested people reach out to you then from there you can select.

The checking of the resume of the one applying for the job is very important. There is very high chance that people may be not worthy for a post so interviewing them is very important.
