When a boss is hiring new employees what do they need to have?

I think they must be motivated to the job and to really want to contribute to the company, not only for the money. They should also be trusted so it will be possible to trust them on a daily basis in the work's place. They should also be enlightened, people who are human beings, don't lie, do the tasks on time, aren't late for work. What do you think they should have?

The employees should have enough knowledge of what is expected of them. They should not be some inexperienced individuals who are still in need of more training on the job.
 
The first thing that the employer should be looking for is someone that will add value to the business. An employee that will be able to make the change is what a boss should be looking for.
 
The things that the company is on the lookout for is the knowledge that you could add to the development of the company and that is basically what should be considered.
 
Having a trustworthy employee is very important and also they must have a high level of productivity that is they are able to get the job done at a really efficient time frame.
 
Firstly an employer will love to have employee who is interested in the job, he or she must also have the credentials and apart from the credentials, the employee to be must also have the vigour and zeal to work. Not everyone will give the best they initial promised at the point of employment.
 
In simple terms, the employee should be somebody who can be able to help the company in terms of experience or skill sets and it should be something that the company needs and can be able to afford.
 
Depending on the kind of role in particular the business might have different requirements for them for example there are some that require experience and there are some that are entry-level jobs.
 
When a boss is hiring a new employee, the qualities that such an employee should possess must be a quality that will add value to the company because the essence of having an employee is to contribute positively to the growth of the business.
 
Whatever the job consists of, they need to be able to perform it or be able to learn it as fast as possible. I know a lot of people these days are diversity hires and that really hurts a lot of companies. It should come down to skill and gender or race should not matter.
 
Newly hire employees should be enthusiastic to perform their job. Experience is a plus, but should always willing to learn new skills. Company hires employee to help in the growth of the business.
 
Trust is the most important thing , even when so many employers seems to be careless about this. You must be trusted because no business organisation is willing to do business with people that is not trusted. Your employer is observing you even when you don't think so.
 
There are some basic and general characteristics an intending employee should have,character and competence is one of them,then comes integrity and the skill required for the position in question.Good interactive and zeel to excel at the job.
 
I think that they state all the necc requirements before the interview so that you can come with your documents. About the honest and hardworking workers you can't know that unless you give them a chance so that you can know how they are.
 
I think having a trusted employee is really good because it will help you in building your business or company, so that the business will be moving very fast as possible.

Yes hiring a new employee the employee need to have enough knowledge about the job, and he/she need to have experience in that job as well in order to handle job properly.

Apart from motivation, it is also important that they have enough skills and are well competent for the role they are applying for. It is also important to conduct background checks on them.
 
Well , A boss that is trying to employ someone into his or her business should see passion in the person they are employing , it may not really be nice for someone to be coming to your business organisation just for the money alone without any passion about the business.
