Those who are website owners knows how much they spent for their site, and how much they've recoup from their site ever since it was built.

Those who are earning from blog or forum website as owners will cone to answer this topic explicitly. Cos they know how much revenue comes in to their site after spending money to develop it.

I never spent a single penny on this purpose. Before the cookie laws, GDPR, etc., I had used Google Sites (not existing any more, until I know) and Blogger 100% free. Whenever I needed photos and images, I used photos of my own and drew images for the graphic part. I also wrote all content. No need of domain name and hosting. Currently, I have a forum of my own, an Italian financial forum that a friend of mine wanted to donate me. The forum was ready before I inherited it. Again, no need of domain name and hosting because the forum is part of a large forumfree community where admins don't need to pay for hosting and domain name.

When I learn a skill I first of all utilising for my own so benefits before stretching and helping hands to other people either for a penny. The cheapest I have charged in building a site, both domain and hosting is $40.

I have never made a site for money, but I have learned to make a wordpress site and it does not cost any money. However, I will have to spend on domain and hosting to make it live

I have not make any money on website, buy i think The fact that when one learn any skill, its for his benefit, and its not a problem to design site for someone

The cheapest site that I have made with me when I made my forum on WordPress for completely free of charge. I don't think they can be any cheapest price as compared to a free website.

I've never made a site myself, if i were to make one in the future, i would try to acquire all the necessary skills for making a website, so that i won't have to spend much in making a site.
