What are the best ways to track your own performance?

Well.... If you are to track your performance u must have a record..the record is r best way to track performances whether digitally or manually through paper writing..

Then its effectiveness is verified at the end of that period, since it is not only about meeting the goal but the quality of the results is taken into account.

Yeah, you are quite correct. Thanks for the input. However, Many people are not fastidious enough to know or discern how to follow their progress gradually, either positively or negatively so as to adjust and work on what needs to be done. The quality and time measure of our goals are critical in the end.

It is correct because at the end is that we can evaluate and correct the failures that we present. I work in the Ministry of Education in my country, and there is a projection of evaluation every 3 months, but before that it is planned with each department in order to improve the functions and performance of each worker.
 
Reflect on your past performance and make sure that you correct yourself where it seems that you are wrong and make sure you give your work out to people that want the best for you for them to te you there opinion.

I am sure many of set goals, either daily, weekly or monthly goals. we can use these goals setting strategy to check our performances now and then. Personally for me, i write all my monthly goals down and check them at the end of the month and score myself.
Seriously I love your track records. It is good to set a tracking records to continue to weigh the performance of a business regularly to know if the business is deviating from his purpose for which it was established or if it will achieve it goals or not.
 
The best way to track your performance you should make sure that you set up a goal that will benefit you in future, and as a business owner you should make sure you attend to business everyday.
 
I think as a business owner you need to just attend to the work as they come in and avoid procrastination no matter what, it doesn't matter the size of the project, make sure you work on it and deliver in time.
Tracking ones performance is carried out mostly by taking a self evaluation. Try to look back what you have achieved so far and do not forget to consider the past errors you have committed.
 
The ways i personal track my progress is by setting out realistic and achievable goals and picking out one at a time and focus on it and making sure i complete it before moving to another one.

You're correct. For the entrepreneur to know if he or she is riding to success. They nerd to see if the productivity of the business is better than the past.

You talked about dealing with the difficult part of the business before dealing with the simpler stuff but for me to measure your performance it will be from the output of your work if the output turns to come out positive then your work performance must have been of great quality...
