Do you check your website rank often? Also, do you really think ranks are important? I used to be obsessed with Alexa ranking system but not anymore. I don't see any difference when it comes to traffic and when the ranking improved or declined.

So, do you think it's an important aspect for a website? if so, based on SEO alone? What do you usually do to improve your website rank?

I have not tried to check the ranking of sites on Google, but I try to check how much traffic a website is generating, but I do not get an accurate number of answers. Are you aware of any such tool that allows us to check the amount of traffic?

if your site would grow organically, then you have to put your eyes on google as it is a pointer to the direction and growth of your site from checking where your traffics are coming from to various analytics.

To me personally, website ranking is not important. The only I'm concerned with in website is the traffic and income generated. If you're getting good traffic to your website and your income is increasing monthly, then it means you're on the right path.
