Try making your own ice teas!

I just wanted to share something I have been doing for a while. Instead of buying bottled ice teas high in sugar, try brewing some tea and letting cool. Then add to a glass of ice and you have tasty, healthy, homemade ice tea! Now feel free to add a little lemon or sweetness to suit your taste.

I always bought my iced tea, I have never made it myself.

I'm not such a big fan of ice tea to go out of my way to make my own, when I want to drink some ice tea I simply buy some xD
