I've dealt with burnout numerous times throughout the years of being a forum admin. It can be hard for me to find the motivation at times to continue posting on a forum and keeping it alive. What I do whenever I feel burnout coming I will take a break from posting for a little bit, then once I get motivation to post again I'll start posting like crazy. I also tend to have a schedule for when I post on my own forum as well as other forums. I feel that I do better with a schedule, and I think others might be like me.
