Staff opinions when making decisions

How much of your staff's opinions do you consider when making decisions regarding your site? Do you even bring up your ideas with them or do you just implement them and explain later why you've done it?
If it is interesting idea I just implement the idea but if idea seems bad it could be rejected then it must pass by a pool between staff and moderators and if idea is accepted I pass to implementation.

This is also a nice concept, it also helps the employees feel like they belong. It's not a must that you have to accept every idea they bring in. You could create a body. There are some companies that create a place where workers can share any ideas they have.

Listening to employees or staff members can let you know your faults of work or your bad strategies that needs to be ameliorated. Because many opinions is better than one.

I think there should be room where you should take the opinions of your staffs very seriously when it comes to suggestions on how to improve things in your business. These staffs might know a lot you don't know sometimes

Can regular opinion from your staff especially the management staff and considering them will actually boost their confidence and create a good relationship with them.

Star opinion are still very important to your business because many of the staff still have some experience fhat could help your business growth i consider them tooo
Whenit comes to the aspect of ideas and contributions to move an organisation in the direction of the laid down mission of the outfit, sometimes the experience of some staff membersare very valuable and could be the desired push to greater efficiency.

The opinion of a staff just like the boss should sometimes be considered. This people are the ones working for you and if course have better experience of the masses than you do. Complaints are referred to them and later to the boss, they spare out time craving for possible solutions to maintain the business and their substantial work

There are certain opinions you would not be able to get within you concerning your site but you can get from your staff Working with you.
Exactly, you can't be the all knowing one. Even though you know much there things you can still be thoughts. Considering staff opinion is very important

This is the reason some big companies always have some meetings with their staff.
It helps grow the business because the staff always have direct communication with customers so they understand the customer choice and what should be done

The opinions of staff should be taken seriously because they are the one in contact with the customers most of the time. So their opinions concerning customer based meetings shi be taken very seriously.

I think the opinion of the staff carries weight a lots of time because despite being your junior, they could provide valuable advice to you that might be beneficial for you and your company as well. Some bosses never consider the advice of their employees, despite the employee giving a much better advice.

I think staff opinion have to be heard out when making a managerial decision in an organization. You have to consider that you are not the only one running the business but a team. This will make you hear different suggestions from different inspired people around you.

Depending on their position, but usually highly valued, as most of my staff are hired to help me out and that means with ideas too :D

I would certainly solicit the staff's opinion before finalizing a plan. Most probably, the planned change will have an impact on their current work assignments. Thus, their opinions could give important information that can be used to finetune the plan's implementation. The implementation also tends to be easier and has less resistance when the employees have participated in the conceptualization of the project or plan.

Though I'm the visioneer and know what I want, I'll definitely consider their input especially if I see that they're aligning with my own ideas and plans. I'll know they have something good to offer.

Given consideration to your staff opinion, is one of the best form and characteristics of a good business manager this alone will helped to shape the various policies that affect the life of your employees and the benefit of your business.

I think that it is very important to actually consider and discuss what your staff is suggesting as well because this will show them that their opinion is valid and that they are appreciated and it wil motivate them as well.
