Staff are vital components of your company, business or enterprise, neglecting them could prove detrimental.

Any good staff who's aware that the growth of where he or she work is tantamount to their personal growth, would work to better their workplace. Hence, it is very important to identify such staff who show great thinking ability and make them a part of the decision making team.
 
How much of your staff's opinions do you consider when making decisions regarding your site? Do you even bring up your ideas with them or do you just implement them and explain later why you've done it?
Staff opinions really matters in the decision making of an organization, because most staff relate with clients and customers very well.

Staff opinion is the best thing a good manger to always work on, because without staff work won't go on smoothly, so that's the more reason why all managers of a company should ever listen to their staff opinion,either young staff or old staff there opinion could count on one way or the other.

I don't see anything wrong by allowing your staff members to bring out their own solution because they will be the one that I might know the real solution to a particular problem in an organisation.
 
I am a sole owner of my 15 websites, I make my own decision. Since my websites are primarily blog sites, I don't need people to manage my website. When I need services I hire people.
 
Star opinion are still very important to your business because many of the staff still have some experience fhat could help your business growth i consider them tooo
 
The opinions of staff should be taken seriously because they are the one in contact with the customers most of the time. So their opinions concerning customer based meetings shi be taken very seriously.
 
There are certain opinions you would not be able to get within you concerning your site but you can get from your staff Working with you.
 
every one of them deserves to have his opinion listened to and taken on consideration, and you should mostly go for the majority without breaking anyone's else heart
 
Depends on what you are running as a business or just a normal none paid hobby. But they should have the right to say their options, depends on what their job is and how very important it is. In most cases, they just do their job and that's it. Get paid to say nothing. It's about them making money and having their clients happy to pay them.

In my case I rather have members happy and have what members want as a community more then what I want and also discuss over with the stuff team if you have anyone working under you.
