It is shocking the amount of people who bring their businesss online just because they have to and that people are doing it and it might help them. Online businesses need more planning and preparation than even an offline business. You need to consider what you're offering them (goods or services), and how many are already into another choice. What will you do differently to convince them? Do you think they'll ever leave their former suppliers? If they don't, what are your chances of convincing and winning them over? All of these and many others have to be carefully considered.
