Sole ownership enterprise is a simplest and popular form of business. It's great features are its simplicity, nominal cost, and ease of setting up. The sole owner of the enterprise enjoys all the profits earned, but also have to bear the full brunt of losses incurred by his enterprise.

Sole ownership has its advantages and disadvantages, but I'll choose being my own boss over and over again than working under someone.

The main issue faced by a single ownership business is lack of investment. When the owner cannot invest more, the business will never grow.

When there is not enough investment, the owner may decide to get loan but if the business fails, he can go bankrupt.

The one I'll always prefer is the sole proprietorship type, where i have the chance to make my decisions regarding the future of the business and taking risks all alone to make sure the business is up and running.

You can make your own decision. You will have full control over your business. However, there is also a risk. What if you make a wrong choice and your business fails?

It is so easy to start a business as a sole owner. Most times, you start it as a small business and run it on your own. You become your own boss and enjoy the profits that comes with. The downside is that the profits will not be as much as when you start a bigger business with a partner. Plus, you get to face the risks alone.

That's what i love most. I love to be the only one managing a business. I don't like extra bodies in partnership with me, to debate the way forward of the business. The business might not grow as i want, if i surround myself with people that will only contribute less.

It is really easy to start a sole ownership business as long as you have funds. However, it might be very difficult to make your business sustainable if it is a sole ownership business.

Starting a sole ownership business and inviting a partner to invest in the business with you want fresh investment can be a better option.

Sole ownership is commonly known as single proprietorship here. I had that type of business twice although the 2nd one is actually a partnership but single proprietorship in the registration. With a partnership I had experienced complications with the business partner so I always go for sole enterprise now. It is easier if you have the full control of the business.

businesses are classify into so many forms. to me sole ownership is a kind of business in which a single individual is willing to take all the risks and earn the profit alone.

sole ownership is the same thing as sole proprietorship that is one man only his own business and running the business independently. This is the best form of business that one can have because he makes his decision for his business independently.

Sole ownership can also be called sole proprietorship that is where one can easily start a small business to meet the immediate needs of himself and family.

Well, in reply to your question in the above post concerning sole ownership business, I do have to state first of all that sole ownership business is also called sole proprietorship business as it means the businsss is owned by a person

Sole ownership is quite common and when compared to it's counterpart which is a partnership, most people prefer to start alone provided all needed resources are in place

Yeah you are right because I remember back then that I run a sole ownership enterprise as well,is not easy tho but I have to do this on my own since I don't have much to be paying to anyone who could work with me then.
