What's up, my man! What have you been up to lately?

Not much, got back from my trip out to San Diego to visit my cousin and just been busy trying to get stuff done around my house since I've been back and work.

All sorts of things. Visited LA, visited some museums, spent time with my cousin. Enjoyed the cool weather before coming back to the muggy heat here and it's not even truly summer yet.

I know what you mean about the muggy heat, it's starting to warm up here lately.

Yeah, it was fun. She wants me to come back and visit again. I would; but, it's not a cheap trick and California is almost too crowded for me.

Yeah, I've heard California is a very crowded place. I wouldn't want to live in an overly crowded place.

Me either, it's what prompted my move away from Michigan.

I’ve lived in California all my life so it’s what I’m used to… but I’ve been to other parts of the country where there’s less people and life moves a little slower, which I liked. Maybe when I retire I’ll move to a place like that.

Yeah, depression and drug abuse is a real problem.

Yeah, relationships can go so sour these days, one reason I feel I'll never be in one. One guy I used to work with killed himself because his wife was abusing him.

The thing with drug abuse is that they refuse to admit they have a problem. I used to be with an alcoholic and it was a very toxic relationship and sometimes abusive (mostly mentally though), he's a top notch narcissist and wouldn't dare to stoop so low as to admit he has a problem, oh no. 🤦🏼‍♀️

good morning/good day. I passed out last night! We were dancing from 8:30am-3:26pm my back definitely feels it. I was so sore just in bed so I’m moving around a bit to hopefully loosen it up.
