And possibly that one ice day.
Ice can still equate to a spring/fall day for winter... as long as it doesn't t extend beyond 24 hours. That type of weather is atypical or our typically warm state. Why else would our electrical infrastructure be such a failure when it presents itself?

I remember once it snowed quite a bit on Thanksgiving day. That was highly unusual.

That was a nightmare.

Morning everyone! Happy Friday :D

Bank Holiday weekend and I'm duty manager for all of it! Sun is even out today and I've not been able to enjoy much of it 😥
Sounds rough. 😅

Hi all, hope you have a great weekend!

Hey Ken! How are you? :)

Sounds like you like your new job better than Walmart Cory! I don't blame you, I used to work at Walmart too but I started working at a factory four years ago. I love my job!
Granted, I currently don't get as many hours or pay, but the workload is so much less than at Walmart that it is less stressful. Walmart especially during the holidays is just pure madness!

Indeed it is! I was lucky enough not to work during the Black Friday event the entire time I worked there. I had to once, but my coworker was nice enough to let me switch with him. The days I was scheduled to work on Thanksgiving it was boring since they hardly ever had me help set up. I had to stock the dairy department just in case people needed to come in and get last minute stuff.

Happy Sunday all, and Happy Easter if you are celebrating it. Had a bit of down time today which has been nice, done some food shopping and a little bit of novice baking. Will be cooking dinner shortly, going to have some gammon.
