Like a board, as in the people running the show. Like the CEO, CFO, or whoever else is helping run the business. Would you create a board right away, or wait until the business gets bigger?

A business can grow big only when you have knowledgeable and skilled people to run and manage the business. Therefore, you should try to create a board since early on. You should know two minds are always better than one mind.

I don't think it's really important to create a board for a small business. This is only necessary when you see that the Business is now getting bigger and you need more leadership in the business to move forward

It is best to use those who are experienced in running business and I've been doing it for years as board of trustee for your company. Then you can use your employee to hold the key areas in your business as a post.

It's very important to have a board that manage the affairs of s Business but I think that will be important if the board is introduced in the business as it continues to grow bigger

In my belief I think that the best time for you to create a board of members for your business is when the business had grown so big that it has become a public limited liability company that is when it is mandated in law for you to appoint board of directors for your business.

for a new business and start ups,it would not be neccessary for you to set up a board yet,the business need to go through some process of market familarisation and must be able to grow through various periods of markets fluctuations, and when they have been able to overcome some certain stage in business, then they can be thinking of getting a board to push the business forward.

The board of directors is like a committee composed of the owners. That means it is only applicable for corporations. The registration would indicate the incorporators who are the original members of the board because all of them have a share in the company's ownership.

It is only when the business has grown leaps and bounds that is when it is advisable to have a board.A small business with a board will crowd and choke the business.

This I will say depends on individual perspective most people make create a board in their business while others may love to leave it like that.

I think the first place your focus should be on is actually trying to make the business stand. it's good that you have such plans, it means you have a positive mind that the business would grow big in the future. But if you start focusing on that at the early stage, you would be distracted. One step at a time.

I think if the business has good funding, then creating a board is definitely not a big deal especially if there are people that have knowledge of how it really works.

It depends on the size of the business you are currently looking to open my friend. Some small businesses would not Require anything as such.

Creating A board when a business is just growing is not a good idea for me because this board will require big payment.... Why not wait for getting big.

Seriously, if your business is big enough to have a board, it means that it's a company that you are running. So, you can actually have a board to run your business for you.

I believe when starting a new business, you as the owner of the company must wait until the business get bigger before getting to create a board that will be assisting you.

That’s right, you would need enough employees to even create a board and assign specific titles to each of the members. Some businesses start out as one person, like when you start a business all on your own.
A board is necessary and looks professional when your business is well-established and has been running long enough to appoint high-standing employees that have shown loyalty and talent to be in charge of the head departments of operation

It is good to create a bond with your new business because with this management of the business will be very easy and decision-making will be discussed before carried out.

In the reasons of the words most companies that have board of directors are always very big companies that is a well-known and established company in my country. It is absolutely unnecessary for a small business to have board of directors anywhere in the world.
