Should you create a board with your new business?

It's normal to have a board that manages your business to have a good business growth most especially if you have business associates and partners but since I am running the business alone , I guess i dont need a board.

in a small business you don't need a board of course. It is a sole proprietorship business and it is very small. But it is important big businesses even if it is owned by one person.
