Should I add a Blog to my forum?

Whether or not you add a blog to a forum depends on your purpose. Because they are completely different things. I share my knowledge on various topics on my blog. Forums, on the other hand, are all about discussion/debate to connect with subscribers and build a social community. Therefore, we encourage you to maintain the forum.

Adding a blog post on this forum can be very beneficial as it would be completely different from what we normally do here, so i will personally be in support of adding a blog post to this forum.

This idea was viable in the past but I very much doubt its use now. The forum is very active and that alone brings a lot of content; I don't really see the need for a blog especially as more monetization can be done using the forum.

I really like this forum websites and adding blog to it will really be a good thing and it will further improve the site. But you have to make sure you upgrade the site to the highest level so that it won't be hanging

I think it's a good thing to add a blog to one's forum. It would definitely drive traffic to the forum because a lot of people are interested in reading articles on blogs.

It is really hard for the forums to bring organic traffic because forum posts are user generated and it is really difficult to control quality. However, if you add a blog to your forum., you can publish SEO content and bring traffic.
