There are two popular tools that I am aware of. One is Sprout Social's Advocacy ROI Calculator to look at brand awareness. Second is Hootsuite's Social ROI Calculator. Who has used one or both of these tools? What were your results? How would you compare the two tools?
What do social marketers look at?
It's a look at engagement, follower growth and demographics, click-thru-rates, social media traffic coming in, impressions and reach, content creation and lead generation.
How do you feel all this stuff relates to what you're doing? How would you compare your social media endeavors to other things you do online?
