That is definitely one of the avenue of getting a customer to stay put and faithful in the patronage of your business,the way and manner you treat them matters a lot and will go a long way to show if they will do a repeat patronage.Business owners and companies spend alot of money and energy advertising thier product and services online and social media. Exactly, that why organisations need to work on training of staffs, employed qualified workers and ensure they are well taken care of, I mean their welfare should be top of the management's agenda. So that they can provide quality services to customers and prospective customers. which in turn result to lots of referrals.It will be pretty much easier to generate lots of referrer if you work hard to satisfy your customer needs. Your referral program will push and motivate them to bring their friends and family to do business with you.

You may give special discounts to customers who bring at least one referral customer who purchases from your store. You may provide him with at least a 5 percent discount that could give an impression that you care about them. I am sure 5 percent discount is not too much, but it will still give a good impression!
You are on point but don't you think customers come back to patronize you as well as do referrals not neccesssary due to the quality of the product. They can get the same product else where in most cases at lesser price. The reason for advertising is to increase customer base, to retain the customers and get more referrals is through good service delivery.Well, I think everything goes hand in hand. If they spend so much money advertising online and everywhere, it is only right that they deliver a product to match the advertisement. Referrals could also go a long way as well.
