Referrals and customer service.

Business owners and companies spend alot of money and energy advertising thier product and services online and social media. But what really sustain the business is delivery and interaction in real life by that I mean customers service.

They maybe boasting their businesses online but killing it offline. It is good to advertise but must also know how to relate with prospective customers in real life which in turn get more referrals offline.

Do you think some business owners or companies underestimate the power of referrals?
It is not all business that will need so much interaction with your client in that way . In fact client do not need to be interracted with most of the time . For as long as you are able to satisfied them. Everything is ok.

I think this strategy has always been working for people who are into businesses. This is why you see people using affiliate marketers in order to sell their products. when you give them some certain percentage for anyone who buys a product they will be interested to refer people.
Actually referring strategies are only applicable to business and it's only useful in terms of business. it can be effective to use such when you are not into business because there will no end to it.

Referrals are very effective in bringing growth to a business. It usually helps sway the minds of some customers who are still contemplating on patronizing your business.

Of course, I know. what is the need of referring or starting a referral program if you're not into a business whether online or offline. It mostly works online because the chances of getting people online into a particular business is easier.
 
Actually referral and customers service are very important and it's most deals with online though some part of offline business too but online gives you the chances of meeting and also reaching out to a number of customers much easier.
