Productivity of A Manager: Who is more productive between a Male and Female Manager?

I think when it comes to the issue of productivity among males and females,it does not have to be on the basis of who performs better.because when it come to the issue of productivity it is based on individual and the level of work they put into their job.

When it comes to being productive between a male or a female manager , I beleive we cannot judge because we are a male or female , it depends on the attributes and the uniqueness of the manager in person

I have had the opportunity to work with both female and male managers and to be honest the both of them at the same. You are supposed to be considering things like skills set and experience instead of just gender.

Educational qualification will play a very important role. Obviously anyone with the best educational qualification in the area of concentration will be the best manager. This is not generally given to either Male or female.

Both male and female managers can be productive and it depends on their individual differences , how they can succesflly manage a business and concentrate .

This is very true. Both genders can manage and lead effectively when given equal opportunities so there's really no big difference in who is leading the organization.

Tha is just the true fact, because when it comes to the issue of performance the result that a person that is dedicated to his job and carry out his task effectively do not really look at the issue of gender.

I don't have much experience working under female boss or manager, but I have friends who have worked under female. Most of them complaint that female boss have mood swings. Sometimes they will be friendly with you while sometimes they will be unfriendly with their subordinates for no reason.

Most of the female managers i have seen are always productive because they are no nonsense simply because they work with men , so they don't want their subordinate to disrespect them , so everything they do is strictly business .

Both male and female can fill the role perfectly well. Gender does not affect the managerial role productivity, instead the success of the role is dependent on the capability/ skills of the person (male or female) in the position.
We all know that personality matters be you male or female really matters what you can do as manager, as a manager you really know your duty as manager to perform, you need to processes all the quality as manager.

Both female and males can become very good business managers but what really matters is their level of knowledge and confidence. There are females who can run businesses successfully and also males who can also run businesses successfully.

It always depends on the manager intelligent quotient and his or her business mindset and goals , both make and female manager have the tendency of being succesful .

Personally, I have worked with good Male managers in the past but if I'm to rank the best ones it will be the few female mangers I have worked with. There is this trait in them, they are more passionate about the Job, and result oriented.
Most female managers cherish perfect job execution unlike the Male Folks.

I think a productive manager depends on the nature of the person, whether they are passionate and emphasize teamwork and less so the gender. Generalizing your statement also makes it susceptible to criticism because a manager is expected to be productive, regardless of gender

My take on this is that a manager is an entrepreneur that can unite, mobilize and execute the mandate to lead others in the smooth operations of business. So regardless of the gender they can perform smoothly.

Both male and female manager can actually be productive depending on their individual mindset and how hard they are working to achieve greatness and success .

Everything is based on personal preferences. Not all men and not all women display a lack of passion at work, just as not all women are like the one you are describing. It would be challenging to just reach a conclusion. Managers of either gender could be effective.

The level of our productivity as a manager depends on each person's personality, so it doesn't have to do with one gender doing better than another gender , so it now depends on your role at work .

Both the male and female are usually productive at least when they understand the area of concentration perfectly. No gender is incapable of doing their job as long as they are serious and academically qualified.

Regardless of gender, anyone can manage projects effectively. Personality and methods of thinking differently are at play here. Male managers can make poor decisions, just as female managers can perform excellent work.
