Is that really efficient? It sounds like it is a lot of work as opposed to targeted ads. Also, I think one benefit of pinterest ads is that they appear as any other pin, and if people find it interesting or useful, they can pin it onto their own boards, which can help with exposure.

I think I have seen ads on pinterest, but I have never seen or heard that pinterest allows for selling of products.
I would have to go back to the app and check it out for myself.
