You're right @FreshKaz11 , accountant and auditor are indispensable in a company. There are so many people that when starting a company they are necessary. But the ones you name are columns of the company. Of course, marketing apart from capital is what is needed for entrepreneurship

Example, a staff could be made to do two persons job or three more task. it is not good for a new company to spend so much employing people who would not do much work but will expect to be paid at the end of the month.
 
Well, I think at the beginning of a company depending on the type of company, the importance of every role may differ at the start. If it is a tech company, the builder or coder will indispensable, it all depends on the company.

What it describes in your publication is correct, so I placed it to be "indispensable", since at the beginning of a company the less staff the better. In this way the expenses are lower than having all the people who are ultimately necessary. The number of employees depend upon the type of business, there are certain types of business which need more number of employees for example management staff advertising staff, teaching staff and Finance Management staff is required for a educational institution business.

Yes you are right, it depends on the type of business. In the case of a teaching center as you explain it is necessary all the staff to start, the opposite case with another type of business you can start with only 3 or 4 employees as you go along and hire more.
 
It depends on the kind of business you are planning to start. If you're talking about a lucrative offline business, maybe a restaurant, hotel, cinema, school etc. You need good team to work with you. I can't mention their role, cos it differs from the other business options.

That's the simple truth about it dear. It centres the firm one manages. It will contain much employees based on the level of the business. Large business firm always employ large number of employees than the small business type.

I think you are right, the first step to start a company before opening are a secretary, an administrator and a watchman. After that, hire the personnel according to the company. When you have all the necessary personnel according to the possibilities of the salary payment, you start with the company and the personnel will be increased if necessary.

It depends on the type of business enterprise being established, for instance if I'm selling a product it is imperative I also employ a marketer, if I'm in the food business I'll certainly need cooks and kitchen hands

That's right, when I created the thread I was thinking about the initial preparations, not the opening. When you are starting up before you start hiring the different employees with different functions, there will be the owner and someone to manage or evaluate the rest of the necessary workers and their divisions.

This should be dependent onwhat your aim is and the nature of products you are tasking, its all in the quality of investment
