I don't know about such site. I think since you have experience in creating video, creating a youtube channel should not be a problem for you. You can also create a Facebook and be posting your video there. If you can get enough traffic, you will making big money online.

There are tons of site out there that pays for rendering a service to them.
But I prefer the paid to post site because of how easy it is to make and withdraw money.

I have not counted but there are multiple sites that bring me money. My highest earning sites are my own sites where I make money form adsnese and amazon ads. I also work on forums as a forum staff member.
