Yes of cos customers are always right no matter how offensive they use there word when transacting the sellers must always 100% patience

Exactly. Customers should be seen as the right ones only unless it's affect your business negatively. One must get able to change to accommodate his customers
That is one of the basics in business,because you will always encounter some very troublesome customers,the omly thing to do is to use wisdom in handling them,with that you will be able to understand them.
 
No one is always right, we sometimes do behave in a way that isn't right including the customers. That believe in the market today is just trying to say that no matter what the customer do or say, we should treat them or reply them with all calmness we can muster
 
In as far as trading or business is concerned, customers is always right to has to grow the business.
 
A important lesson to remember is that the client is always right in their own view, even if not always in actuality. Because you want your consumers to return as well as feel welcomed and valued, the customer is always right.
 
I don't believe they are always right in some extent .but the customers have their own right especially to reject products that are of low quality compared to what they have ordered .we have to know our rights and our responsibilities as customers.
 
As for me, I go with the slogan, customers are always right. Yes, it is arguable, but when you understand that the reason for your existence as a business is to provide services and goods that will go a long way to speak of your business reputation, then you will agree that indeed customers are always right. If there is anything customers desire from the sellers or service providers, it is how polite and receptive you are to them. Even when they are wrong, please, politely talk to them, just assume that they are right. Little will you discover that such customer will come more. I have discovered that one way to maximize profit in business, is to render quality service to customers and they will advertise your business for you, and that money you should have used for advert, will be saved.
 
Customer is always right is not in its literal sense, it is left for the business entrepreneur to be technical, use the criticism of the customer to build better decisions.
 
Customers are always right cos I believe that. Those who make the business successful are the customers. They must be highly prioritize
 
To me is just a quote to emphasise the importance of customers in a business. Without customers the business will seize to exist.

But we all know customers are not always right and some are very annoying and frustrating but business owners and employees just have to find a way to be tolerance and be polite to keep the business running.
 
Of course not, but we have to assume that so as to make them happy and make them come back. But we should always rebuke them when they take it too far.
 
Be that as it may the customers can't always be right, just that you maintain them by being mild at your approach as their customer to keep the relationship going.
 
Whether they are right or wrong they still believes they are right but nothwithstanding you have to correct them systematically if they are wrong
 
Customer are always right literaly it is is but business wise the are not always right but we give them that benefit of doubt that the purpose of the business is to make them feel good
 
Customers are always right this is intended to make sure that a business does everything possible to keep their customers either potential or established ones,to resolve all issues in favour of keeping the customer in the business.
 
Yes, the customer is always right. The reason for saying this is because no business owner would say that a customer isn't right and stand a chance of driving them away. Also, a customer is always right in the sense that they will definitely want to prove to you how right they are and they know that it's one of their rights as a customer, you as a business owner is supposed to listen to them and explain better where they are finding it difficult to accept. Don't argue with them.
 
In a business you need to tolerate your customers because most of they have problem, because we know that customers are always right in times of business when them come to you.
 
Customers are not always right but as a business you have to believe that customers are always right and you will have to strive hard to provide what customers are looking for.
