Of course. Actually for me, it do depend on the age of the retiree. If he is still young enough and maybe still have family to take care of then venturing into another business won't be a bad idea

It depends on the status of individual, if you are still healthy and have a lot of responsibilities to take care of, it is better to work after retirement to take care of your basic needs.

Yes, some do not even get use to it, staying in one place all day. This is exactly why most of them travel from one place to another in form of vacations, just so they can keep themselves busy and active.

Most people travel on vacation in the Western countries but not really here in Africa, because the cause of going on vacation is expensive over here that some people cannot afford.

It all depends on the kind of jobs also there are investment one can put their retirement funds into, there is nothing wrong with making more money after retirement as long as it doesn't interfer with the health of the individual.

There are many people who work even after getting retired. I do not think there is anything wrong with working after getting retired. However, you must always do what you love to do and never let anyone disappoint you from getting what you want.

In ideal world it is not good to start working after retirement from the service after working for over 35 years. But reality is that if you don't find some way to earn money in retirement you are going to be frustrated within short period of time.
