Is Feta as bad as Cow dairy?

I hear a lot of bad stuff in cow milk. Is feta a better alternative? (Not to product place but) I enjoy the feta spinach thin crust pizza from Dominos and was wondering.

I actually don't know. I always use cow dairy and am a big milk drinker.

It was in Food Inc something in cow milk that makes it worse then human milk for humans.
