To comment on getting one designed for credits (not speaking for the staff), you can always request one in the Marketplace and Collaboration forum. I'm not sure if Cedric still does graphics in any kind of form but I'm sure myself or someone in the community can work something out for you. I can't speak on any of the other areas though.
