If you catch your boss breaking the law?

What do you do if you catch your boss breaking the law? Would you pay a blind eye to the act because he's your boss because if anything happens to him, you may end up losing your job or would you report him to the authorities and face the consequences of the outfall?

Oh they're definitely getting reported because if we all knew about it and did or said nothing, everyone around them is also taking the fall as well.
