How did you come up with the acronym for your forum?

@Cory they are very important valves that i hold close to heart, and i believe if we show these valves when helping someone, or everyone that is dealing with any issues relating to mental health, it could change the world!

to be honest with you, i thought of LENS (Like a camera LENS) and i just thought of mental health valves that started with the letters and that's how i created it.

L - Laugh
E - Encourage
N - Nurture
S- Support
