One of the hard thing about just starting up is that there are products or a more known brand as your competition. The advantage is on their side but it doesn't mean to give up.

So if you're in this kind of situation, what ways would you do to keep up with the competition?

Let me cite a real story of the beer battle. There is only San Miguel as the brand of local beer until Beerhausen came to our country. People love San Miguel so Beerhausen spent so much in the marketing just to make some sales. But after some years that new beer in town surrendered. That is how difficult to fight an established brand. The fight should no be head-on so that the newcomer would have a fighting chance.

You can compete with a well known brand by doing more than they do for customers. This including customer satisfaction, discounts and even more of advertisement. You can go online to create social media presence too so as to gain popularity.

There are many ways you can compete with well known products, first is reduction in price of that product, then create a convincing awareness about it, then make it easily marketable

Competing with a well known brand is highly demanding. It requires a lot of devotion and determination to beat that brand because you will first have to develop your own customers

Above all else, new brands shouldn't contend with acclaimed existing brands in light of the fact that those brands have fabricated their after for quite a long time and most likely have the financial plan expected to remain on top. What new brands need to do is separate themselves and recounting a decent story consistently does that!

The lone way I've seen new brands succeed is on the grounds that their story, mission, vision or foundation resounds with their intended interest group. It's the potential clients response to your story that will represent the moment of truth your image.

A would rather say don't go into a business with the mind set of competition because frustration will set in. Business thrive when you patiently grow it and real understand what the people need around where you intend doing the business, get quality products and engage in advertisement and good staff.

First we have to select aur customers than obviously their interest a d their dislikes tha we tried our best to cover all areas from which we can complete bug brands.

It is not always easy to get people's mind away from well known brands , however if you look for something that the well known brand lacks and capitalize on it to create your own product , you can stand a chance against it

In order to compete with anyone, it is necessary to know the good of others. If we know the other's key point and pillar point, we will be able to face it. The same calculation is now in buying and selling. We can't beat it unless we bring our own thing to another's account. In order to compete with others, we need to improve our productivity so that people start buying from us.

to compete with a well-known brand you have to make your product to be well-known. so many company out there they also want to meet up to other company products the only way you can compete with other company product is to update your brand make it will look brand it sell it out to people and let them value it business is all about being creative

If the brand you are competing with is very popular and expensive, lowering your own price too much will only make them think yours is of lower quality. people somehow believe in goods with higher prices to have more quality.

I think it is the worst thing to compare yourself with others, I don't know why people try to compare or compete with other brands other people.
you are given your own life why you have to compare with someone else.
Please be mature try to develop your own business you will only get the money that is for you

Fighting an already established brand in business competition can be so fierce since that brand almost already had the market.
The most logical thing any new company can do is to look for an area or weakness in the part of the established brand and make their own product not to have that weakness.

In order to set competition gap between new and well known brand, is to set aside, some quantities of your products as sample to be distributed to the targeted customers in form of promotion such as buy 2 products and take 1 for free, in order for the ultimate customers to have a taste of your product, what you need to consider before the promotion are:
- Ensure you produce quality products
- Your branding name and type must be uniquely attractive compare to other product in the market
- Be ready to give out certain discount on your product to enhance rapid sales and patronage
- Be prepared to do personal selling, thereby meeting the customers at their places
- Don't expect to earn immediate profit on your products
- Include something unique that will make your product stand out from the competitors products etc.
I believe if this impetus are well utilized, the new product would be in high demanding level.

Firstly you have to make your products be a good product, then keep advertising your products let people know why they must buy it, make your business innovative and creativity, do asomething different. so if your product good enough to patronize definitely you will gain the customer.

In order to compete with any type of brand we don't need to have a unique idea. The only thing which we need to have is that we have to improve the quality of our products.Public prefers quality over brands

Competing against bigger brands is a situation that most startups find themselves but only the wise and consistent scale through it successfully.

I would suggest that you come up with a very good quality product, offer free samples to customers for the first few days or weeks, and offer some form of incentives at the start. Lastly, if you can afford it, then do some form of advertising. These should pave way for you in the industry.

Competing with a well known brand is highly demanding, as a starter you must come up with something different with the view of customer satisfaction. Creating awareness of your brand will also go along way (this is the most important thing, let people know what you can offer and convincing them on why they should start using your product)

It's going to be tough, and I will really not like to fight with well known brand.

Just imagine trying to compete with coca cola, it's probably a dead game.

If there are other competitors, you can give it a try.

But if you're the first one to compete with that well known brand, you need to have a powerful edge and advantage, and you need to get your marketing strategy right and fast.
