How will you compete with a well known brand?

we can compete with a well known brand by doing some special efforts i think that majority of the people are not well set they also have the desires i think we have to design something for this society at not very high prices in this way at initial times we can place our self in market after that our brand will become well known and we can compete with brands.

Some business men compete with an existing brand that's already know by producing alike products in different styles or creating a totally different product but in unique way that will draw peoples attention.
 
If you are coming in as a new business, it might be very difficult to compete with a brand that is already well known and making it in the industry.
Therefore, in order to compete, a business has to have a good business plan strong enough to match already existing competitors
One has to tailor his brand towards the utmost satisfaction of customers

A well known or already popular business has gained its reputation & popularity by possibly beating all odds and surpassing all other competitors during its own early days. It means you can only go against them when you also beat their own strategies. You need a plan that will work against them. What you have to do is develop products or render services if not the same as them but in a better way or more reasonable amount. If your price cannot be cheaper, then your must be better. Also, don't make them your enemy and target, rather target the people's hearts. Be able to convince them and make them want to come for you even after knowing another.
 
This too tough to compete brands even impossible . Like I-phone Apple are the best mobile company in the World so far, so many android mobile company try to compete but it is almost impossible to surpass. So if want to conpete other well brand then at leats your brand have 50% of that, then by setting you per month goal you can close to them.

The one thing everyone gets wrong is, they go head on with an already established brand and get suckes into it.
Its important to remain calm and look back at the vision,mission of the brand. Based on that the smaller company should stick to their instincts and try to develop their model
