I really do not know how come these scammers get the details of bank accounts of people. Moreover, how does the bank details of customers get leaked? I think that these scammers use some kind of spyware software or something in order to steal the data?

Since banking sector involves so much fraud, I have always considered it a very vulnerable system and process of saving, storing, or transferring the money. I think that international banks and payment systems could prove to be much better if they are regulated. However, not all of them are trustworthy.

GTBank is one of the biggest fraudulent bank in my country which there is nothing that is going to make me to have any kind of transaction or save my money in the bank. This is because there is no guarantee you're going to see your money in your account whenever you have any need for it in any kind of business transaction without having to start asking a lot of questions what happened to your money.

If this bank is fraudulent, then why doesn't the government take action against such kind of banks? I think that the government should take some kind of strict action against such kind of banks or institutes. This is why i always recommend people to open a bank account in a reliable bank.
