All points noted are valid and have shown over time to be very effective. A good example is the stand up meeting which I called Daily pep talk. It helps to checkmate lateness and hence it helps in getting everybody ready for the days task. With good time management, one can plan early and get every one to key into the days plan.
With the pep talk, we were able to review any flaws in the previous day's job and try to eliminate any possible reoccurrence of it

When it comes to bonuses, identifying the needs to reward hard work not necessarily monetary buy words of encouragement and appreciation to good job always will improve their morale and productivity
